Nice nurses and doctors who are looking to help and educate. Rude front office workers and non people oriented management makes me want to never go back here. One of the first people to arrive at 8am on a monday, yet i was left waiting for almost hour to be seen and on top of this, they have you pay your copay prior to even getting seen, which is not common in any other urgent care center that i’ve been in. Seems to me that the management is more profit then people focused which shouldn’t be the case in healthcare. Also not sure what the front desk attendant did other then swipe my credit card and talk to a friend/family member who came in to chat for 30 mins.

If you are looking for professional, caring, and a compassionate medical staff to take care of your personal urgent health care issues, then the Sugarland Urgent Care Center is where you want to go. It became more evident that I needed medical attention while visiting Sheridan, Wyoming. I was seen immediately and treated for several days and was then able to return home to Bozeman, feeling better and confident in the care received. Thank you! Gailmary Harper

I had a really good experience. I thought everyone was nice and all was well. The doctor was great and I got what I needed quickly. I was shocked to see on the patient summary chart that they added 20lbs onto the weight category. I guess they didn't believe me when I told them the truth. So that sucks. Now I'm going to have a medical chart saying I was 20lbs heavier than I actually was, which could cause issues in future doctor's appointments.

Staff is kind and service was moderate. But I do not recommend this clinic for those who are financially tight. Their financial policy makes it so I pay a copay each time at the time of service, but then they automatically charge a card on file up to $150 before any explanation of benefits or bills are mailed. This month I will be paying around $300 just in automatic charges without any knowledge of what my insurance did or didn’t cover because they won’t send the bills or EOB’s until later. Called the billing office to try and get more information on what I was having to pay for and they didn’t even have any details yet since my insurance hadn’t been fully processed, YET I was still expected to pay the auto charge of $150. I have been to other urgent care’s in my area and my insurance usually covers almost all of the charges. But now conveniently only at this clinic they’re claiming my insurance didn’t cover everything while my insurance company hasn’t fully processed it first. Will definitely be going to different Urgent Care’s in the future that bill properly and give full transparency of charges BEFORE charging.
